Rooms for Campus Technology are now available at the Hilton Boston Logan Airport for the special conference rate of $229 per night. The Hilton, attached to the Boston Logan Airport is very convenient for those flying in to Boston, and is just a few stops away from where Campus Technology 2008 is taking place at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel and BCEC. Just take the silver line of the Boston T mass transit—located in the airport terminal—to the World Trade Center Station. The World Trade Center Station is just across the street from the BCEC and Westin hotel.

Renaissance Waterfront Hotel

Due to overwhelming demand, we have added additional rooms for Campus Technology 2008 attendees at the Renaissance Waterfront Hotel, the newest addition to the Boston Harbor, and across the street from the Westin Waterfront Hotel. Special room rates for attendees are $227 per night single/double. Valet parking is available at the Renaissance for $41 daily. The Westin Waterfront Hotel is now sold out. However, we are pleased to offer hotel rooms for Campus Technology attendees at the Seaport Hotel, directly across the street from the Westin. Room rates are $209 single/double.

Seaport Garage Parking

Valet parking for hotel guests is $39 per day.
Self-parking for guests staying at the hotel is $29 per day.
Hourly rates for self-parking are $18 up to 10 hours; $29 for 10+ hours.
Hourly valet rates are $29/$39.

Campus Technology 2008 attendees who book their hotel by July 5, 2008, will receive a special per-night room rate of $195 single/double. After July 5, 2008, regular room rates will apply. Rooms at the special rate are available for stays between July 23 and August 3, 2008, based on availability.

Valet parking is $39 USD daily with in-and-out privileges for guests staying at hotel.

Transportation To & From Hotel

The hotel is located three miles from Boston's Logan International Airport. Transportation from the airport will need to be arranged via a short cab ride, rental car or the MBTA Silver Line rapid bus system, which stops near the hotel (five or ten-minute walk). Estimated one-way taxi fare from Logan Airport is $30-$40. If you travel via the Silver Line rapid bus system you will exit at the World Trade Center stop. Weather and Dress

Summer in Boston reaches an average high of 82F and an average low of 65F. Moderate humidity is common. Dress for the conference is business casual. Please keep in mind that the climate inside meeting rooms can vary greatly, often falling on the cooler side. Track Boston weather online.
